* جميع الطلبات تخضع لتوافر المنتجات بالمخزون.
* تحتفظ CHINA SOUQ بحق إلغاء أي طلب في حالة وجود خطأ في السعر أو عدم توفر المنتج، مع إخطار العميل.

2. الأسعار

* جميع الأسعار معروضة بالجنيه المصري (EGP).
* تحتفظ CHINA SOUQ بحق تعديل الأسعار في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق، ولن يؤثر ذلك على الطلبات التي تم تأكيدها.

3. الدفع

نوفر طرق الدفع التالية:

* الدفع الإلكتروني عبر Paymob.
* الدفع عند الاستلام (Cash on Delivery) للطلبات المؤهلة.

4. الشحن

يتم شحن الطلبات وفقًا لسياسة الشحن المنشورة على الموقع.

5. الاسترجاع والاستبدال

تخضع جميع طلبات الاسترجاع والاستبدال لسياسة الاسترجاع المنشورة على الموقع.

6. مسؤولية العميل

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية إدخال بيانات صحيحة، بما في ذلك الاسم ورقم الهاتف والعنوان.

7. الملكية الفكرية
