سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال - CHINA SOUQ

نسعى دائماً لتقديم أفضل جودة لعملائنا، لذلك يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات وفقاً للشروط التالية:

* يمكن طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
* يجب أن تكون القطعة بحالتها الأصلية وغير مستخدمة أو مركبة، مع الاحتفاظ بالتغليف الأصلي والفاتورة.
* لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال أي قطعة تم تركيبها أو استخدامها إلا في حالة وجود عيب تصنيع.
* في حالة وجود خطأ من جانب CHINA SOUQ أو وصول منتج تالف أو غير مطابق للطلب، تتحمل الشركة كافة تكاليف الشحن.
* في حالة رغبة العميل في الاسترجاع دون وجود خطأ في الطلب، يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن.
* يتم رد قيمة المنتج بنفس وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة أو وفقاً للقوانين المعمول بها بعد فحص المنتج والموافقة على طلب الاسترجاع.
* لا تشمل سياسة الاسترجاع المنتجات التي تم تصنيعها أو طلبها خصيصاً للعميل.

CHINA SOUQ Return & Refund Policy

At CHINA SOUQ, customer satisfaction is our priority.

* Returns or exchanges can be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.
* Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging with the purchase invoice.
* Installed or used products cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
* If the error is caused by CHINA SOUQ or the product arrives damaged or incorrect, CHINA SOUQ will cover all shipping costs.
* If the customer requests a return for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
* Refunds will be processed using the original payment method after inspection and approval.
* Special-order items are not eligible for return unless they have a manufacturing defect.
