نلتزم بتوصيل طلباتكم بأسرع وقت وبأعلى مستوى من الجودة.

تجهيز الطلب

* يتم تجهيز الطلب خلال 24 ساعة من تأكيده.
* قد تزيد مدة التجهيز في الإجازات الرسمية أو العروض الخاصة.

شركة الشحن

* يتم الشحن من خلال Bosta أو أي شركة شحن تعتمدها CHINA SOUQ.

مدة التوصيل

* القاهرة والجيزة: من 1 إلى 2 يوم عمل.
* باقي المحافظات: من 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل حسب المحافظة.

تكلفة الشحن

* يتم احتساب تكلفة الشحن أثناء إتمام الطلب حسب المحافظة وحجم الطلب.
* قد تختلف تكلفة الشحن في بعض المناطق أو للطلبات الكبيرة.

تتبع الشحنة

بعد شحن الطلب سيتم إرسال رقم التتبع للعميل لمتابعة الشحنة.

الاستلام

يرجى التأكد من صحة بيانات الشحن ورقم الهاتف لضمان سرعة التسليم.

في حالة تعذر التسليم بسبب بيانات غير صحيحة أو عدم رد العميل، قد يتم إلغاء الطلب أو إعادة الشحنة.

Order Processing

* Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
* Processing times may be longer during holidays or promotional periods.

Shipping Partner

Orders are shipped through Bosta or any shipping partner approved by CHINA SOUQ.

Delivery Time

* Cairo & Giza: 1–2 business days
* Other governorates: 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order size.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and phone number.

Orders may be delayed or returned if the provided information is incorrect or if the customer cannot be reached.
